BOOKING CONFIRMATION

All bookings are only confirmed once: This Agreement has been signed and returned, and A non-refundable deposit of $150 AUD has been paid. Until both conditions are met, Spectrum Haus reserves the right to release the booking.

PAYMENT TERMS

A $150 AUD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be received within 7 days post booking, unless specified otherwise. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Overdue payments will incur a fee of $50 per week until the balance is settled. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards. By providing payment details, you authorises Spectrum Haus to charge the nominated payment method for all booking fees, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon. Any add-on purchases, as well as any costs associated with damage caused, or unbooked space utilised without Spectrum Haus’ permission as outlined within this agreement will also be charged. Spectrum Haus reserves the right to cancel or reverse transactions if payment violates any law or these terms.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers and agreements between participants and clients regarding events and photography shoots. By registering interest for studio hire, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

There are cameras on the property for security reasons, by accepting these terms, you agree to be filmed.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Haus 1 and Haus 2 are booked separately, and any use of studio space not discussed will incur a fee equal to the full standard hire rate of that space. Use of both floors simultaneously can be arranged for a seperate rate.

REFUNDS & DATE CHANGES

The $150 deposit is strictly non-refundable. Deposit payments may be transferred to a new booking date. Booking dates may be rescheduled subject to availability, provided reasonable notice is given, typically 7 days.

LIABILITY

Spectrum Haus accepts no liability for personal injury, theft, or damage to property of clients or participants, nor for events occurring during a photoshoot.

STUDIO HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

SET-UP & PACK DOWN

Your booking time strictly includes all setup and pack-down requirements. Please ensure your booking accounts for this time as there may bookings afterward.If you need extra bump in and out time, this needs to be arranges prior to the booking.

Overtime is charged at $50 per 30 minutes.

CLEANLINESS & PROPERTY DAMAGE

The studio is provided in an “as is” condition. Furniture is to be lifted, not dragged. The space must be returned in the same condition as provided. All rubbish and personal items must be removed upon exit. Any damage to the studio, furniture, or props is your responsibility. You agree to pay all repair or replacement costs as advised by Spectrum Haus. This includes (but is not limited to): Floor damage Stains Marks on walls or surfaces Excessive wear Breakages No food or drink is permitted on the brown and orange couch or the green coffee table.

CONFIRMATION

Once deposit payment has been received, an email confirmation will be issued.

INDEMNITY & LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify Spectrum Haus against any costs, damages, legal fees, or claims arising from a breach of this agreement. Spectrum Haus is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: Power outages Weather events Emergencies In such cases, rescheduling may be offered. Spectrum Haus reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if terms are breached or due to unforeseen circumstances.

SMOKING & VAPING

Smoking and vaping in the studio or anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. If you or anyone associated with you is found smoking or vaping, they will be asked to leave immediately and the agreement will be terminated without refund.
